Prosper Osas Aibangbee’s Expertise I manage the entire Promasidor seven (7) sub-factories power distribution networks from generation point(both gas and diesel power plant of 15MW) to the final power service distribution boards to the various load centers, I work directly with project team as the electrical engineering team lead determining power/electrical schedule and implementation, I mange the factory HVAC electrical works (chillers, dehumidifiers, humidifiers, AHUs), I maintain our water plant electrics, I service and manage our air compressors amongst others. Champion the electrical project team on new project electrical networks, electrical refurbishment, modifications, machine power upgrade, prepare BOQ, prepare RFP, and project timeline & implementation schedule timeline, create job descriptions, generate checklist for both routine and non-routine task, prepare maintenance plan (PPM) for all power distribution equipment/utility machines as well as electrical facility management that involves lightings, UPS, Inverters, Acs, water pumps, ELVs & fire alarm systems. For seven years, I was in the service of golden pasta company Agbara, a division of flour mills of Nigeria plc, power plant/utility department to be precise. I have been actively involved in planning, coordinating, supervising the implementation of the day to day power production, transmission/transformation, distribution circle, chiller plant operation, water plant operation and boiler plant operations. ADMINISTRATIVELY, Directs and manages the overall operation of the powerhouse, utility tunnels, the production and distribution of utilities (steam, chilled water, natural gas supply systems, domestic water, 11,000 volt and 415-volt electrical systems, prepare specifications for contract services for utility-related maintenance and repair projects. I supervise and also carry out day to day electrical maintenance and repair which involves trouble shooting using the circuit/wiring diagrams and also carry out new electrical installation when necessary. I carry out quarterly, bi-annually and annually maintenance on electrical industrial panels including H.T(medium voltage panel), isolators, switch gear and circuit breaker. I keep the gas generator running keeping the other diesel generators on standby in other to avoid down time losses so as to ensure that targeted production is realized amongst others
